IPI believes in interactive customer support and encourages a lifelong relationship with all its clients. If your current problem is not listed, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance. However we do require some "supporting evidence" to be collected BEFORE you contact us:
 
  • A description of the problem.
  • The version number of the software that is installed on your machine, for example MLAS v14.08.582
  • A sample printout
  • Screen captures
